RENEW
What is RENEW?
RENEW represents the final part of the FITTness™ daily rhythm — the time when we slow down, restore our energy, and reflect on the day that has passed.
Just as the way we begin the day shapes our direction, the way we close the day prepares us for what comes next.
RENEW invites us to step out of the busyness of the day and reconnect with ourselves. It is the moment where we release tension, acknowledge progress, and allow the body and mind to recover.
Within the FITTness™ rhythm, RENEW reminds us that growth does not come from constant activity alone. It also comes from rest, reflection, and restoration.
RENEW is where we prepare ourselves to begin again.
Practicing RENEW
RENEW is the practice of intentionally closing the day with restoration and reflection.
Rather than carrying the weight of the day into the night, RENEW encourages us to slow down and create space for recovery. These moments allow the body to relax, the mind to settle, and the spirit to reconnect with gratitude.
Practicing RENEW may include:
• Taking a few quiet moments to reflect on the day
• Acknowledging progress, even in small steps
• Stretching or gentle movement to release tension
• Expressing gratitude for the experiences of the day
• Preparing the body and mind for restorative sleep
These small practices signal to the body that the day is complete and that it is time to recover.
Through RENEW, we restore our energy and strengthen the rhythm that supports lasting health and balance.
Completing the Rhythm
As the day comes to a close, RENEW allows us to step back and recognize the full rhythm of the day.
We began by choosing to RISE with intention.
Throughout the day we practiced the ability to RESET when needed.
Now we allow ourselves to RENEW through reflection and restoration.
This rhythm reminds us that transformation is not built through a single perfect day.
It is built through the steady practice of beginning again.
Each night we restore ourselves so that tomorrow we can rise once more with clarity, strength, and purpose.
